AGM: Terms and Conditions
By agree this Terms and Conditions, Member is understand that Asia Gold Membership (AGM) Program is a membership program that create to form a database of members where the members can get some of privileges that offer by Company such as bonuses, discounts when members shopping at selected merchants, participation to classes and seminars related to entrepreneurship and many more.
Member Account
The Member can has only one AG membership account and prohibited to have or register multiple account but Member can upgrade the account by time to time. Company have right to terminate any account that violates this term.
Member can withdraw all the bonuses and hibah (if any) by create withdrawal transaction at any time as long as they have balance in the account.
The member understands and agrees that it is the member's responsibility to comply with any laws or regulations regarding the establishment of an account or any interest and withdrawal paid thereon in the member's domicile or legal jurisdiction.
Termination of the AGM Account
The Member can terminate or close the membership account of AGM by sent the request to the Company by email or letter to the AG Prestige office. However, there are no refund will be made on the registration fee.
Force Majeure
The Company may, having just cause, determine that a Force Majeure event (uncontrollable circumstances) exists, in which case the Company will, in due course, take reasonable steps to inform the Member. Force Majeure circumstances includes without limitation: any act, event or occurrence (including, without limitation, any strike, riot or civil commotion, terrorism, war, act of God, accident, fire, flood, storm, civil unrest, government sanction, blockage, embargo, lockouts) which, in the Company’s reasonable opinion, prevents the Company from maintaining this membership program stability. The Company does not bear responsibility for not fulfilling (improperly fulfilling) its obligations when prevented from doing so by force major circumstances.
Miscellaneous
From time to time, Company may provide additional terms and conditions for Members on the AGM website.
Company may communicate these terms and conditions in a variety of methods, including by email or posting on our website, blog, or within Members’ accounts. Company may update, modify, or amend such additional terms and conditions at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review all communications from Company including emails, your account, and the AGM website periodically to review the current terms and conditions. Notwithstanding your agreement to any terms and conditions updated above, you agree to comply with these additional terms and conditions, as they are updated, modified, or amended from time to time.
In the event that a situation arises that is not covered under this terms and conditions, the Company will resolve the matter on the basis of good faith and fairness. The Company reserves the right not to act on instructions provided by the Member if the Company is not satisfied as to their authenticity.
